I like to imagine that shortly after his coming out to the hockey world, someone tweets something along the lines of “What a good morning to remember that @ jackzimmermann is gay” and it’s a lazy Saturday morning, this is the first thing Jack sees when checking is social media and for some reason it makes him feel fluff inside, so he replies “It’s a good morning indeed” and attaches a picture of Bitty getting their breakfast ready. You can’t really see who it is, but Jack Zimmermann just posted a picture of a skimpily dressed blonde boy which the media is like 80% sure is The Boyfriend™. All hell breaks loose on the internet.
Jack and Bitty don’t notice. They have breakfast and then curl up on the couch, watching stupid movies and getting distracted by each other.
