honestly there’s nothing I love more than the idea of Jack just buying Bitty a ton of kitchen stuff but like, in the least intentional way possible. because obviously Bitty’s not going to be comfortable with Jack spending that much money on him (which Jack honestly finds incomprehensible because what else is he supposed to spend it on??? but he wants to respect his boyfriend’s boundaries). and then one day he sees a beautiful pastel Cuisinart stand mixer while at the mall and he doesn’t really understand what it is but he just knows Bitty would love it. 

and the next thing you know he’s spent 3 grand at Williams-Sonoma and is frantically thinking of ways to casually put all this stuff into his kitchen without Bitty noticing.
